Im going to start soccer.
I have played for 2 years but that was like a year or 2 ago.
Dose anyone know of any foods I should eat?
Any exercises or little tricks I could try?
Please give me any tips or info.
The most important thing is dribble drills. You should practice dribbling the ball making sure that your eyes are up… Do NOT look at the ball. You should become completely comfortable knowing where the ball is without seeing it.
Secondly, take a nightly jog, ask your parents to run with you and make it a family outing. Endurance is a major aspect of soccer.
Thirdly, start calling it football … it sounds better and makes you sound cultured. "I play real football, not that barbaric American game."
Here is another thing, find a hula hoop, and make yourself a goal. Place the hula hoop in various places and aim. This will give you the ability to shoot the ball at various places in the net. If you can visualize the hula hoop where you want the ball to go during the game, it will be a great help.

I have a signed baseball that appears to have been signed by all the members of either the 1953 or 1955 Brooklyn Dodgers. It’s slightly browned but otherwise in decent shape with all legible signatures. Any idea what this thing is worth?
